INTERNET RE ROUTE CAUSES PROTESTS IN RUSSIA

There was a little protest when citizens of Russia took to the streets of Moscow to canvas a bill that would see all internet traffic re rout through  Servers in Russia.

The news of such bill didn’t sit well with the people as they feared that their internet freedom would be limited if such a feat is achieved.

The bill has passed the first of three readings in the Duma, the lower house of parliament.

Advocates say the bill is intended to address concerns that Russia could be cut off if the United States applies a new cybersecurity doctrine in an offensive maneuver.
