FORMER LIVERPOOL MANAGER TAKES OVER THE FOXES

Former Liverpool and Celtic gaffer Brendan Rogers have returned to the English Premier league with Leicester city as his new destination.

The foxes has sacked their coach Claude Puel after he lost 4-1 on home turf to Crystal Palace early on Saturday.

He has had a string of poor results that has seen the foxes drop down to 12th on the league log.

Rodgers watched his new side beat Brighton and Hoves last night from the stands,as he signed a contract that will see him at Leicester till June 2022.

Neil Lennon replaces Rodgers as Interim boss for Celtic, till the end of the season after the Scottish club allowed Leicester take Brendan.

The 2015/2016 champions made a swift move for Rogers on Monday in a bid to see him take over the club and revive the lost glory.

Rodgers’ assistant Chris Davies, coach Kolo Toure (former Arsenal player), and fitness coach Glenn Driscoll have moved with the boss to the King Power Stadium.
