M31-year-old ex Manchester United Star, Marouane Fellaini calls it quit from international football.
The Belgium star who currently plies his trade with Shandong Luneng Of the Chinese Super league said the decision to quit his national team wasn’t an easy one and he didn’t take it lightly.
He took to his twitter account to make this public. He however, said it was the best time to quit and allow the next generation of young players come on to the scene.
He made 87 appearance for Belgium and was part of the squad that finished 3rd at last years World Cup.
He spent 6 seasons at Everton before joining Manchester United and then finally a move to China at the beginning of the year.
